The account options are commissionable or net rates. These are determined by our sales team. Once your account is open you will receive a user name and password. Requirements: internet access.

API/XML

Link your booking system directly with the FIT Ruums booking system using XML.

This method allows you, the agent, to feature live and “unbranded” FIT Ruums product, complete with prices and availability, on your own booking system (and therefore your customer-facing websites). If you choose, you can mix it with other travel products (such as other accommodation, flights and car rental) creating packages to sell directly to your customers.

When bookings are made on your systems, these are instantly booked and confirmed back from the FIT Ruums system via the API link in real time, 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year! The rates available on the API are Net Rates, which allows you, the agent, to set and manage your own mark-up rather than being constrained by a set level of commission.

The XML API process involves the following steps:

* Your programmers must review the technical specification and confirm compatibility with your system.

You must open an account and comply with our credit terms (floating deposit or bank guarantee)

* Once completed we will give you access to the test environment for your technical team to commence programming. Typically this takes about 10 days work

Once the API is complete, testing takes place.

* Once testing is successfully completed, you go live.
